By accessing jservo.com, utilizing our proprietary visual AI builders, or deploying our custom ERP solutions, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. AI Architecture & Tool Usage

J. Servo LLC provides custom AI-powered business solutions, including but not limited to the Dragonfly AI Architect and automated n8n workflows.

• Probabilistic Outputs: Our AI tools and integrations utilize third-party Large Language Models (LLMs). You acknowledge that AI outputs are probabilistic and generated for informational or operational assistance. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy, and outputs should be verified before critical business execution.

• Acceptable Use: You agree not to reverse-engineer our custom React Flow/Node.js architectures, attempt prompt injection attacks on our public-facing AI tools, or use our infrastructure for malicious, illegal, or unauthorized data scraping.

2. Data Processing & Privacy

The collection and routing of your data are governed by our Privacy Policy.

• API Routing: When using our automated workflows, data may be processed through secure, freemium, or commercial API layers. You maintain ownership of your inputted data.

• Compliance: You are solely responsible for ensuring that any proprietary business data, customer information, or documentation you process through our AI integrations complies with your local regulations and third-party rights.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All site content, digital transformation methodologies (including the Masar framework), visual designs, and underlying code infrastructure remain the exclusive intellectual property of J. Servo LLC.

• Client Deployments: Custom architectures built for your specific enterprise remain governed by the individual Master Service Agreement (MSA) signed during project scoping. You may not replicate or resell our proprietary node-based deployment models without written consent.

4. General Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Our digital tools, website content, and initial AI Readiness Assessments are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.

• J. Servo LLC shall not be held liable for any operational downtime, loss of profit, or indirect damages resulting from reliance on our public AI tools or informational content. Your business execution remains your sole responsibility.

5. Consulting Engagements & Custom ERPs

For direct engagements involving digital transformation, project controls, or AI deployment:

• Separate Agreements: Paid deployments are strictly governed by dedicated technical proposals and contracts.

• Payment Terms: Unless explicitly stated in your contract, invoices must be settled prior to the deployment of zero-day automated systems. We reserve the right to suspend API routing or server access for unpaid accounts.

6. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to immediately terminate or throttle access to our tools and infrastructure if we detect automated abuse, network attacks, or a direct breach of these Terms.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any operational disputes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Egypt. Any legal proceedings shall be resolved exclusively in the New Cairo Court of Law, Cairo Governorate.
